Regional authorities later reported that a crater and metal fragments were found at a distance of about 600 meters from residential buildings. Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of the incident. Civilian infrastructure also received no damage.Meanwhile, the authorities of the region already have the first version of the origin of the morning explosion. The government of the Tula region on its TG channel reported that the cause of the explosion could be the fall of a drone .

It is worth noting here that in the light of the events taking place in recent days, this version looks the most “viable”. Literally on February 28, an incident occurred with a UAV in the urban district of Kolomna. Also, the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea were attacked by Ukrainian drones .In connection with the incident, the Tula Governor Alexei Dyumin has already instructed to strengthen security measures in the region.
