The GUR commented on the situation in the Bryansk region, indirectly confirming that detachments of the “Russian Volunteer Corps” fighting on the side of Ukraine were operating there.
This was stated in a commentary to Hromadsky by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate Andrey Yusov.
The GUR considers the message about the clash in the Bryansk region “a continuation of the transformation of Russia, its purification and liberation from Putin’s dictatorship.”
“The Russian Federation today is such an entity, within which there are a large number of inter-ethnic, inter-ethnic, inter-religious, socio-political and other conflicts. Today there is a public statement of the RDC. These are people who are fighting with weapons in their hands against the Putin regime and those who support it. .. Perhaps the Russians are starting to wake up, realize something and take some concrete measures,” Andrey Yusov said.
