Vancouver police said Thursday night that the assault occurred near Nelson and Granville streets.
Vancouver police were on the scene downtown Thursday night after a reported assault in which three people were taken to hospital.
In a Tweet, VPD released few details but said a serious assault occurred near Granville and Nelson streets and added there is no threat to the public as they investigate.
